Do you ever marvel at those beautiful french macarons found in fancy bakeries? These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them. In this hands-on workshop, our pastry chef will show you how to make meringue batter with techniques such as piping, ribboning and baking. Each group will work on a different filling and take home a sampler of all three varieties (strawberries ‘n cream, chocolate ganache and lime coconut).
Please note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut and peanut allergies. This class is for children ages 11+.

If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot provide a credit, however you’re welcome to transfer the registration to someone else.
