Enjoy a delicious date night with your partner- and avoid the Valentine’s Day rush. In this hands-on workshop, our chef will walk you through the technique to create a wonderful Italian-inspired meal. You’ll make a winter spiced risotto with squash, sage and pancetta (vegetarian modification is available), grilled radicchio salad with pears and balsamic and for dessert, lemon mascarpone tarts with a raspberry champagne sauce. Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen. Recipes will be available to take home. BYOB welcome.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will notify you at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
