Enjoy an evening of Provençal food and photography with some French wine tasting, courtesy of Snug Harbor Wine. Stunning photographs will be on display from Anne Henning Photography while our chef prepares a tasting menu of fresh tuna nicoise, moules marinieres with homemade aioli, pissaladiere focaccia and cherry almond clafoutis with cinnamon ice cream. Please note that this is a chef demonstration and not a hands-on cooking class.

Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class date. After that time classes are strictly non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).
