Join Andris Lagsdin & Fresh Chef Craig from Baking Steel for a relaxing and educational pizza workshop. This is a promotional demonstration-only class where Andris & Chef Craig will guide you through the process of crafting the perfect homemade pizza. You’ll enjoy their amazing pizza and bring home a container of their dough along with a recipe.
Snug Harbor Wine will pair some fabulous pizza wines to “sample” at the kitchen. This is a tasting only and guests may also bring their own beer or wine to enjoy at the kitchen. Autographed copies of the “Baking with Steel” cook book and Baking Steels will be available for purchase.
Space is limited and guests may purchase up to 2 tickets. If you miss the event, Andris and Craig will be back over the summer!

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date. After that time classes are strictly non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).
