Learn the art of making fresh pasta and creating farfalle (bowtie) shapes paired with a fresh Pomodoro sauce that we’ll make from scratch. For a sweet finale we’ll make strawberry gelato and pipe cannolis with cinnamon ricotta cream dipped in chocolate chips. Delizioso! Please note: children will take home fresh pasta (with cooking instructions), sauce and cannolis. Gelato will be enjoyed at the kitchen.

If you have trouble registering, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All camps are considered drop-off. Some classes may not be appropriate for certain food allergies, therefore please contact us prior to registering if you have any questions. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. We are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: Camps are non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend their scheduled camp session, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another summer camp session subject to availability and provided that you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your child’s first day of camp. Notifications must be emailed to us and we will send you an acknowledgment (if you don’t receive an acknowledgment, please assume that we did not receive it and call us). Credit towards another camp must be used by August 26th, 2019 otherwise it will expire. You may also transfer your spot to another child as long as they meet the age requirement. We cannot provide a credit for any cancellations made within 2 weeks of your child’s first day of camp. Due to our limited class size and staffing, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
