SUMMARY:A Taste of Italy | Ages 9 to Teen
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta and creating farfalle (bowtie) shapes paired with a Pomodoro sauce that we’ll make from scratch.  For a sweet finale we’ll fill cannolis with cinnamon ricotta cream dipped in chocolate chips. Delizioso!  Please note: children will take home fresh pasta (with cooking instructions)\, sauce and cannolis to enjoy at home.  Gelato will be enjoyed at the kitchen. \nDate: Thursday\, December 27th  \nTime: 3:00-5:00 PM \nCost: $50 \n  \n\n\nThings to know: \nWe do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes\, however we cannot guarantee that all ingredients are manufactured in a nut-free facility.  Therefore\, please contact us before registering to check labels.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot provide a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
