Cioppino (Mediterranean stew) with tomato fennel and mint and red pepper aioli,
Puglia:
Olive oil gelato with macerated cherries

Things to know:
We require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 5% merchant processing fee). After that time classes are non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time). Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
