DESCRIPTION:Explore the divine flavors of Southern Italy with Chef Sarah.  You’ll learn to make a flavorful dish from Sardinia and Sicily with a sweet finale from Puglia!   BYO welcome!  Class size limited. \nMenu \nSardinia: \nRisotto style fregula with mushrooms\, goat cheese and abbamele\, \nSicily:  \nCioppino (Mediterranean stew) with tomato fennel and mint and red pepper aioli\, \nPuglia: \nOlive oil gelato with macerated cherries \nDate: Thursday\, October 12th \nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $75 \nIf you have trouble registering online\, please call us at 617-794-5191. \n  \nThings to know: \nWe require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 5% merchant processing fee).  After that time classes are non-refundable\, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time). Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
