Learn the art of making fresh pasta and knowing how to achieve that perfect al dente bite. In this hands-on class, we’ll create an authentic Bolognese sauce paired with a tagliatelle pasta. We’ll end the evening with a classic Tiramisu for dessert. Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen. Recipes will be available to take home. BYOB welcome

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
