SUMMARY:Regional Italian | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta and knowing how to achieve that perfect al dente bite.  In this hands-on class\, we’ll create an authentic Bolognese sauce paired with a tagliatelle pasta. We’ll end the evening with a classic Tiramisu for dessert.  Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYOB welcome \nDate: Friday\, January 11th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65 per person \n\n  \nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
