Spend an afternoon with Dad making fresh pizza dough (using Baking with Steel’s dough recipe) and create your own masterpiece to bring home.  For a sweet finale, you’ll pipe cannolis dipped in chocolate chips for dessert.  Pizzas will be packaged up to bake and enjoy at home.  A perfect gift for Dad!  Make it a family affair and register the whole family!

Things to know:

Please note that Baking with Steel chefs will not be at workshop.  Pizza dough made in class will be brought home to use.  Dough used for pizzas in class will be made ahead of time due to fermenting time.  Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class date.  After that time classes are strictly non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time).
