
Springtime Macarons | Tweens & Teens | Ages 11+
These macarons will make you feel like it’s springtime in Paris! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how to make meringue batter with techniques such as ribboning, piping, resting and baking. We’ll work in pairs to make the macaron shells in pastel colors with assorted fillings. Each student will take home a sampler of all three varieties perfect for your holiday dessert table.
Please note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut allergies. This class is for children ages 11+. Adults are welcome to register with a child (must register separately). Class size limited.

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. This class specifically uses tree nuts and possibly ingredients made in a facility with peanuts. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191. Any requests made within the 7 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. You are always welcome to send another child in their place as long as they meet the age requirements.
