What does the food you eat have to do with energy and focus? A lot! Join our nutrition and wellness specialist, Elizabeth Murphy for information and ideas on how to fuel your body with the right foods to maximize energy for both sports and academic focus. We’ll prepare some healthy items in class and send you home inspiration and ideas. Items prepared in class will be nut-free.

Our children classes are nut-free. Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. Menu items may change due to availability and student dietary restrictions. Maximum class size is typically 10 students. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds within 10 days of class start. Please review our cancellation policy on our FAQ page (under the About Us tab).
