Indian cuisine might have become a takeaway classic, but this course shows you that balancing the delicate spices and flavors of Indian cookery can be easily achieved at home with fantastic results.
In this workshop you’ll create a typical Indian meal, built up with many component dishes, each of which has been designed to balance the key spices and aromas from different areas of India. You’ll learn the art of tempering spices, adjusting the heat of chili, making bread and fresh cheese along with quick braising vegetables and perfect curries. BYO welcome!

If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
