
Thanksgiving Sides | Small Group Technique Class
Tired of lumpy potatoes, mediocre gravy, tasteless veggies? Join us for our Thanksgiving Sides technique class to give your side dishes center stage this Thanksgiving. You’ll learn a variety of new skills that will elevate your side dishes to a completely new level- whether it’s for a holiday or week day dinner.
This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn knife skills to be more efficient in the kitchen, brining methods, how to prepare perfectly cooked vegetables, flavorful stuffing, a memorable gravy and other sides. Move over turkey!
Class is limited to 6-7 participants. Side dishes will be packaged up to bring home.

Time: 4:00-6:30 PM
Cost: $95 pp
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 10 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time). Each person will have a designated workspace and we are happy to put you close to anyone you have registered with.
Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that this happens, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize, no refunds) if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 1 year). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
