Thanksgiving Sides Technique Class

Give your Thanksgiving sides center stage this holiday season! Learn knife skills to be more efficient in the kitchen, how to prepare perfectly cooked vegetables, a flavorful stuffing, chef quality gravy and more. This class will elevate your side dishes to a completely new level- whether it’s for a holiday or week day dinner. This workshop is a combination of hands-on with some chef demonstration. Side dishes will be packaged up to bring home along with recipes.

Mashed butternut squash with roasted apples
“Not too sweet” orange zested cranberry sauce
Haricot vert (green beans) tossed in garlic oil, shallots and local sea salt

Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that this happens, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
