Sourdough Pizza Making | Adult Workshop
Craft the perfect crust with the magic of sourdough! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll mix, ball, stretch and shape artisan-style pizza dough with a tangy, flavorful crust that’s both light and chewy. Bring all of your sourdough questions along with your appetite to enjoy plenty of pizza with chef-crafted toppings. Roll up your sleeves for this hands-on workshop and be sure to grab a favorite bottle of vino! Class size limited.
Please note: participants will take their own pizza dough home to rise and use chef-prepared dough to enjoy at the kitchen.

Delicious chef-crafted pizza (vegetarian and meat toppings). If vegetarian only, please specify at registration and we can make an accommodation.

- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering.
- Classes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to your registered class. Credit are valid for 6 months. Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations made within 7 days of the event for any reason. You are always welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to our policy.
- If we need to cancel a due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund. In the event that happens, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time.

Our kitchen will open 10 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before then, so we can welcome you with our full attention).
