Shuck, Sip & Sauce with Duxbury Oyster Co | Adult Workshop
Join us for a summer evening of oysters and hands-on shucking in collaboration with Duxbury Oyster Company. Guests will meet local oyster farmer and owner of Duxbury Oyster Company while enjoying light refreshments and learning about Duxbury’s rich shellfishing history and local aquaculture.
Guests will also prepare two seasonal mignonettes before learning how to safely shuck oysters like a pro. Each participant will shuck a dozen fresh Prince Caspian oysters to enjoy and take home any unshucked oysters at the end of the event.
