Pie Lab | Ages 18+
A great pie starts with a great pie crust, perfectly flaky and tender. Our pastry chef will show you the techniques for mixing, rolling and baking an impressive apple pie accompanied with a rum caramel sauce (each person will take a jar home). A light lunch will be served while our pie dough is chilling.
This is a hands-on class where everyone will make their own pâte brisée pastry dough for the top of their pies and pie filling (the dough for the bottom crust will be prepared in advance by our pastry chef).
Each person will learn the intricacies of pie dough making and will leave with their apple pie to bake at home for Thanksgiving or freeze for another time.

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for a future class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot provide a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
