Cookie Decorating with Melissa | Ages 10 to Adult
Learn the art of cookie decorating with our professional pastry decorator Melissa Mason. You’ll learn how to make royal icing, outline, flood and use “wet on wet” techniques to create beautiful designs. Each attendee will receive 8 Valentines themed cookies to practice on and a bakery box to bring them home in. Our sugar cookie and royal icing recipes will be provided.
This class is open to participants ages 10+. Adults are welcome.

Melissa is an award winning cookie and cake decorator with many of her works published in magazines. She has over 13 years of experience, owns an in-house bakery and is a member of the Wilton Hall of Fame. She loves sharing her passion with children and adults alike.

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191. Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. You are always welcome to send another child in their place as long as they meet the age requirements.
