Cooking with Mom | Pasta Workshop | Ages 11+
Perfect your pasta skills with mom or a special someone and enjoy an evening creating delicious memories together. You’ll learn the art of making fresh pasta dough shaped into tortellini and filled with ricotta parmesan with a hint of lemon. Pasta will be paired with a chef-made roasted tomato cream sauce. For a sweet finale, we’ll mix up a luscious strawberry cream filling to pipe cannolis. Delizioso! A generous portion for two (or three if registering an additional person) will be packaged up to bring home. Class size limited.

Caprese salad with a nut-free basil pesto

Cost: $140 per couple (one registration= two people).
Additional family member: $60 (due to space limitations, a maximum of 3 people per family).

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191. Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. You are always welcome to send someone else in your place.
