You bring the Mojitos we’ll take care of the rest! Come and cook some Mexican favorites such as pulled chicken quesadillas and an authentic slow cooked Chili con Carne made with ancho and chipotle chillies and pieces of meltingly tender beef. We’ll also show you how to put together a selection of seriously good salsas to go with both your courses. Then for something a little different, you’ll learn how to make Cajeta – the Mexican version of dulce de leche.

Things to know:
A minimum of 8 people is required to run a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the rare event that a class is cancelled, we will notify you at least 24 hours ahead of time. Tickets are refundable up to seven days before an event. After that time, tickets are non-refundable but you may send another person in your place.
