French Macarons | Ages 18+
Learn the art of making classic French macarons with Chef Sarah. These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them. You’ll learn to make meringue batter and three different fillings along with techniques such as piping, ribboning and baking. Each person will bring home a sampler of three varieties (approx. 12-14 cookies total). This makes a perfect gift for someone or yourself on Valentine’s Day!

Things to know:
We require a minimum of 6 attendees to run a class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a refund if you notify us 10 days prior to the class date (minus a 3% merchant processing fee). After that time classes are non-refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place (just let us know ahead of time). Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
