French Bistro | Adult Workshop

Work alongside our chef to create dishes reminiscent of a French Bistro. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner after the cooking portion of the workshop with recipes to take home. Please note: this workshop is a combination of hands-on and chef demonstration. Class size limited. BYO welcome.
Simple green salad tossed in a classic vinaigrette topped with a fried goat cheese medallion and grilled French bread
Poulet Frites: Herb marinated chicken with a compound butter, hand cut seasoned frites with truffle oil and sea salt, haricot vert with garlic and oil
Vanilla bean crème brûlée
