Fall Vegetarian I Adult Workshop

Learn to create balanced, satisfying fall vegetarian dishes bursting with flavor.  In this hands-on class, Chef Sarah will discuss a variety of grains and seasonal produce to liven up your lunch or dinner routine.  This is a great class whether you’ve gone vegetarian or just want to add healthier meals to your diet!  BYO welcome.

Some of our menu items will include:

Pumpkin Coconut Curry

Fall Mushroom Ragu with Cheesy Polenta

Wheatberry, Butternut Squash, Cranberry and Walnut Salad with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.  Menu items may change due to availability and dietary restrictions. We require a minimum of 6 people to run a class.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds within 10 days of class start. Please review our cancellation policy on our FAQ page (under the About Us tab).
