Eating around the Globe – 4 Week Series| Ages 11-14

Leave your suitcase at home but bring along your appetite! In this hands-on cooking class we will visit a different country each day. First stop: France! We will make sweet and savory crepes and learn to make a bechamel sauce. Next on our stop: China to make wontons two ways: wonton soup with scallions and some with a ginger-soy sauce! Where we end our journey is a mystery! Come join us and find out.
