Crazy for chocolate?  So are we!  Join us to make decadent chocolate cupcakes with the ultimate chocolate (and vanilla) frosting. We’ll weigh out our ingredients and learn correct measuring for dry and wet ingredients, use knife skills for chopping chocolate and learn the correct way to use piping bags to decorate.  Each child will work independently to make cupcakes and will work with the instructor to make 2 types of frosting: chocolate and vanilla buttercream. We’ll use bright autumn sprinkles to top our cupcakes. Class size limited.

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. You are always welcome to send another child in their place as long as they meet the age requirements.
