Raise your glass to summer and enjoy a fun evening out with Second Wind Brewing Company from Plymouth. We’ll explore the flavor-enhancing qualities of cooking with beers from lagers to stouts and demonstrate techniques such as steaming, braising and sauces. Special guests, Kenny and Hans from Second Wind will talk about what’s on tap and sample some of their amazing microbrews. This is a demonstration class with recipes to take home. Space limited.

Menu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available. Please inform us of any food allergies before registering. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will notify you at least 48 hours before the event. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
