Artisanal Pizza & Pairing | Adult Workshop
Learn the art of making artisanal-style pizza from mixing, balling, stretching to shaping. Prepare toppings alongside our chef for delicious pizza to enjoy at the kitchen. Snug Harbor Wine will be sampling their favorite pizza wines to pair with our creations. For a sweet finale, you’ll mix up chocolate cream filling for cannolis. Pizza enjoyed at the kitchen will be chef-made pizza dough and each attendee will bring home their own pizza dough (to allow for dough to rise) to enjoy for later.
Each couple/individual will have their own workspace apart from others to enjoy pizza & wine, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Cost: $85 per person or $150 per couple

Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. In the unlikely event that this happens, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.
Please read: If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class (we apologize, no refunds). You must notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 10 days of the event for any reason. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
