
Macarons & Bubbly | Adult Workshop
Join us for some holiday macaron making and bubbly in between. In this introductory macaron workshop, you’ll learn how to make meringue batter with techniques such as ribboning, piping, resting and baking. We’ll work in groups to make the shells with some delicious holiday fillings. While our macarons are baking, Snug Harbor Wine will be sampling complimentary bubbly. Each attendee will take home a festively boxed sampler of all 3 fillings (pistachio, raspberry and chocolate with peppermint ganache).
Please note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut and peanut allergies. Class size limited.

If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for a future class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot provide a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering.
