Regional Italian | Adult Workshop
Learn the art of making fresh pasta paired with an authentic Bolognese sauce with Chef Sarah. We’ll end the evening with an Affogato made with homemade ice cream and biscotti for dessert. Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen. Recipes will be available to take home. BYOB welcome.

Menu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available. Please inform us of any food allergies before registering. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date. After that time, we cannot issue a credit, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.
