Guests will enjoy a seated dinner after the cooking portion of the workshop with recipes to take home. Please note: this workshop is a combination of hands-on and chef demonstration. BYO welcome. Class size limited.<\/p>\n<p>Menu<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Winter Kale salad with butternut, roasted Cipollini onions, toasted pepitas in a pomegranate vinaigrette\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mushroom and lentil Bolognese served on a bed of roasted spaghetti squash with olive oil and parmesan and fresh herbs<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lemon Olive Oil Cake (Chef prepared)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Date: Saturday, January 14th<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"tribe-events-single-event-description tribe-events-content\">\n<p>Time: 6:30-8:30 PM<\/p>\n<p>Cost: $95 pp (prices are all-inclusive- no tax or gratuity required)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Things to know:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"\">Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions\u00a0<strong>prior to registering<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Masks are no longer required at our classes, but we will continue to adhere to Covid safety protocols.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before then, so we can welcome you with our full attention).<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.<\/div>\n<div>If you need to cancel your class, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us\u00a0<em>at least 7 days<\/em>\u00a0prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event\u00a0<em>for any reason<\/em>.\u00a0 However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">If we need to cancel due to low enrollment or instructor illness, we will provide a full refund.
