You&#8217;ll work in small groups alongside our professional chef to cook a restaurant style meal while learning new culinary techniques and skills. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner after the cooking portion of the workshop. Recipes will be available to take home. Class size limited.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Greens topped with jicama, red onion, cornbread crouton, roasted red pepper and avocado lime vinaigrette<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Crispy tostada topped with tequila marinated chicken, black bean pur\u00e9e and tomatillo salsa, served with a chipotle cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Roasted Mexican zucchini with cherry tomatoes<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dulce de leche (chef-prepared)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Date: Saturday, January 22nd<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Time: 6:00-8:30 PM<\/p>\n<div class=\"tribe-events-single-event-description tribe-events-content\">\n<div class=\"tribe-events-single-event-description tribe-events-content\">\n<p>Cost: $95 per person<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>If this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist.<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Things to know:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"\">Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Masks are optional for our vaccinated guests. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you). Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.\u00a0 We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.\u00a0 In the unlikely event that this happens, you\u2019ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.\u00a0 If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us <em>at least 7 days<\/em> prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event <em>for any reason<\/em>.\u00a0 However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
