Do you ever marvel at those beautiful french macarons found in fancy bakeries? These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them.\u00a0 In this hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how to make meringue batter with techniques such as ribboning, piping, resting and baking. We’ll work in groups to make the shells and some delicious holiday inspired fillings. Each student will take home a sampler of macarons with three fillings (chocolate, pistachio and peppermint buttercream).<\/p>\n
