We&#8217;ll weigh out our ingredients and learn correct measuring for dry and wet ingredients, use knife skills for chopping chocolate and learn the correct way to use piping bags to decorate.\u00a0 Each child will work independently to make cupcakes and will work with the instructor to make 2 types of frosting: chocolate and vanilla buttercream. We&#8217;ll use bright autumn sprinkles to top our cupcakes. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.\u00a0 Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child\u2019s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding.
