The rustic flavors of our Proven\u00e7al menu will make you feel like you’re dining in the French countryside. You’ll work alongside our professional chef to create a mediterranean-style meal rich with flavors of herbs, garlic and olive oil. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner after the cooking portion of the workshop with recipes to take home. Please note: this workshop is a combination of hands-on and part chef demonstration.\u00a0 Don’t forget to bring a bottle of Ros\u00e9. Class size limited.<\/p>\n

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Masks are now optional for all guests (subject to change). Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you). Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.\u00a0 We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.\u00a0 In the unlikely event that this happens, you\u2019ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.\u00a0 If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days<\/em> prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason<\/em>.\u00a0 However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
