This class will elevate your side dishes to a completely new level- whether it’s for a holiday or week day dinner. This workshop is a combination of hands-on with some chef demonstration. <\/span>Side dishes will be packaged up to bring home along with recipes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brioche stuffing with sweet Italian sausage<\/p>\n

Perfect pan gravy<\/p>\n

Mashed butternut squash with roasted apples<\/p>\n

“Not too sweet” orange zested cranberry sauce<\/p>\n

Haricot vert (green beans) tossed in garlic oil, shallots and local sea salt<\/p>\n

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.\u00a0 We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.\u00a0 In the unlikely event that this happens, you\u2019ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.\u00a0 If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us\u00a0at least 7 days<\/em>\u00a0prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event\u00a0for any reason<\/em>.\u00a0 However, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.<\/p>\n
