Do you ever marvel at those beautiful French macarons found in fancy bakeries?\u00a0 These delicious Parisian sandwich cookies are remarkably simple once you learn the science and technique behind them. In this introductory class, we’ll show you the techniques and tips to make award-winning macarons with ganache and buttercream fillings. Each person will go home with a box of macarons festively packaged for someone special. Any leftover macarons may also be brought home. Tweens and teens ages 11+. Class size limited.<\/p>\n

Please note: this class is not appropriate for people with tree nut and peanut allergies. This class is a combination of interactive demonstration and hands-on.<\/p>\n

FOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. This class uses tree nuts and ingredients that may be processed in a plant in a facility that processes nut products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable, however, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.\u00a0 Any requests made within the 10 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child\u2019s spot. Due to our limited class size we appreciate your understanding. You are always welcome to send another child in their place as long as they meet the age requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n
