DESCRIPTION:Seemingly elusive yet enticing\, Asian cuisine has it all: sweet\, spicy\, fragrant\, and exotic – a true favorite of ours. In this workshop\, you’ll learn to make authentic fillings for delicious dumplings. You’ll work in small groups alongside our professional chef to create some delicious Dim Sum. Please note: Participants will not make their own dumpling dough due to time constraints. This is a part hands-on workshop with some chef demonstration. Class size limited. BYO always welcome! \nMenu \nGreens topped with julienned Daikon radish and carrot ribbons with a sesame ginger vinaigrette \nPork and ginger dumpling \nTeriyaki vegetable dumpling  \nSesame chicken dumpling served with a black vinegar and scallion dipping sauce   \nPineapple fried rice \nGinger Ice Cream \n  \nDate: Saturday\, June 11th \n\nTime: 6:00-8:30 PM \nCost: $105 pp \n\n  \nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\n\nThings to know:\n\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Masks are now optional for all guests (subject to change). Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you). Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
