SUMMARY:Italian Bistro | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a cozy Italian workshop inspired by winter’s comforting flavors. Attendees will make and plate their own meal and enjoy a casual dinner with fellow guests. Recipes will be emailed after class so you can recreate everything at home. \nPlease note: This workshop is mostly hands-on with some instructor demonstration.  Class size limited. BYO is welcome. \n\n  \nMenu \nMixed greens tossed in a lemon oregano vinaigrette with shaved parmesan \nChicken Marsala with sautéed mushrooms \nMashed potatoes (demonstration) and roasted green beans (prepared ahead) \nItalian dessert (prepared ahead) \n\n\n\nDate: Friday\, February 6th \nTime: 6:00-8:00 PM \n\nCost: $105 pp (price is all inclusive: no additional service charge\, tax or gratuity). \n\n\n\n\n\nThings to Know Before Your Class\n\n\nFood Allergies & Dietary RestrictionsPlease notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before registering to understand if the class is a good fit. You can reach us at info@mixitupkitchen.com. \nArrival PolicyOur kitchen will open 10 minutes before class begins. We kindly ask that all participants arrive on time\, as instruction will start promptly.Please note: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late\, we may not be able to accommodate you fully\, as the class will already be in progress. \nClass format/attire Our classes are recreational and fun!  Upon arrival\, we ask that you wash your hands\, grab an apron provided for wear during the class and help yourself to a beverage if you brought one. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes since you’ll be cooking for about the first hour. We appreciate long hair tied back. Our classes typically end around 8:00 PM but may run slightly over. \nCancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel\, we’re happy to offer a class credit (valid for 6 months) if you notify us at least 10 days before your scheduled class. Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to offer credits for cancellations made within 10 days of the class for any reason. However\, you are always welcome to send someone in your place—just let us know in advance. \nClass Cancellations by Mix It Up KitchenWe reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or instructor illness/emergency. In the rare event this occurs\, we will offer you a full refund or a credit toward a future class\, depending on your original payment method. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment\, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours in advance. \nBYO PolicyOur kitchen is BYO for 21+. Feel free to bring beer or wine to enjoy during the class. DESCRIPTION:Cook alongside our chef instructor for a hands-on workshop designed to inspire and delight. Together with fellow guests\, you’ll create a memorable meal using fresh\, seasonal ingredients. After the cooking wraps up\, enjoy a relaxed\, seated dinner to savor the fruits of your labor. SUMMARY:Sweetheart Donuts | Parent & Child | Ages 4+
DESCRIPTION:Nothing is sweeter than baking with a loved one!  Join us for our Valentines themed workshop to make pink glazed donuts. Each adult and child pair will measure and mix up a delicious batter for a half dozen fluffy baked donuts with festive sprinkles. This class is every bit about learning to bake as it is to enjoy and indulge a little! Each pair will bring home delicious donuts to share. Space limited. \n  \nDate: Sunday\, February 8th \nTime: 9:30-11:00 AM \nCost: $60 (Includes Parent AND Child) \nAdd an additional family member working on the same recipe for $15. Due to limited table space\, an addition family member requires their own “additional sibling” registration (a maximum of 3 people total working on a recipe). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThings to Know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however some ingredients may be processed in a facility with peanuts and tree nuts. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to limited enrollment\, classes are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your class for any reason\, we can provide you with a credit for a future class with at least 7 days notice from the date of the class. Class credits expire 6 months from the date of the scheduled class. Within the 7 days\, we can only provide a credit if we can fill your spot or you are always welcome to send someone in your child’s place. If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment\, we will provide you with a full refund.  \nWAITLIST: If the class you’re looking for is full\, please email us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be on a cancellation list.
