SUMMARY:Macarons with Mom I Parent & Child Ages 9+
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate mom making sweet memories together! You’ll work in pairs to make these delicious Parisian sandwich cookies and learn tips and techniques to recreate them at home. Our fillings will include a raspberry buttercream and chocolate ganache that we’ll make together in class while our shells are baking. Each pair will go home with a festively wrapped box of macarons to share. This class is recommended for children ages 9+ to work with an adult. Class size limited. \nPlease note: this class is not appropriate for people with egg or tree nut allergies. Masks are optional for our vaccinated guests (subject to change). Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you). Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
