DESCRIPTION:Add style to your holiday spread with appetizers that are sure to impress. Our chef will demonstrate how to make memorable appetizers\, introducing new flavors with artful presentation. We’ll focus on appetizers that are simple to prepare with many that can be made ahead. Our friends at Snug Harbor Wine will sample holiday wines to pair with appetizers. Recipes will be available to bring home. \n  \nDate: Thursday\, December 1st \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65 \n\n\n\nThings to know:\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering.\nMasks are no longer required at our classes\, but we will continue to adhere to Covid safety protocols.\nOur kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before then\, so we can welcome you with our full attention).\nMenu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.\nIf you need to cancel your class\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions.\nIf we need to cancel due to low enrollment or instructor illness\, we will provide a full refund. In the event that happens\, you’ll be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time.\nOur kitchen is BYO- you are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy.\nWe look forward to seeing you!

SUMMARY:Gingerbread House Cookie Decorating & "Seabird" Hot Chocolate
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the season decorating a gingerbread house cookie while enjoying a Seabird hot chocolate “on the house.” Our freshly baked gingerbread cookies are ready for decorating with candies and royal icing- while listening to holiday tunes to get you in the spirit!  Each masterpiece will go home on a cake board and festively wrapped in cellophane. \nPlease note: Gingerbread house cookies are one-dimensional (flat) and approx. 8 inches tall with additional shapes (heart\, tree\, mini gingerbread child). Each registration includes a free hot chocolate from award-winning Seabird Coffee & Co\, just steps away from our kitchen. Instructions on how to pick up your hot chocolate prior to class will be sent ahead. \nThis workshop is for ages 6+. Due to space limitations\, parents who would like to attend are welcome to register separately and will be seated next to their child. Otherwise\, this workshop is strictly drop off and a great opportunity to do some local shopping. \n  \n \n  \nDate: Sunday\,  December 4th \nTime: 1:00-2:00 PM \nCost: $40 \n  \nThings to know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy.  \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. You must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 7 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot.
