All classes will require the use of face coverings for both students and staff and strict sanitation/ cleanliness protocols.   \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are processed in a nut-free facility. Please let us know before you register and we are happy to review ingredient labels ahead of time. \nCLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes are non-refundable\, however\, we understand that plans change. If your child is unable to attend a class\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 10 days before the class start date. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a delicious and lively time (dancing a jig if you wish) for an Irish inspired meal.  You’ll work in small groups alongside our professional chef to create Irish comfort foods- for a pre-St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner after the cooking portion of the workshop. Recipes will be available to take home. Class size limited. BYO welcome. \nPlease note: classes are a combination of chef demonstration and hands-on. \n  \nMenu \nGreens with cherry tomato\, pickled green bean\, hard boiled egg and a tarragon vinaigrette  \nBeer braised beef topped with an apple whiskey sauce \nColcannon and brown sugar roasted carrots  \nGuinness chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice cream \n  \nDate: Saturday\, March 12th \n\nTime: 6:00-8:30 PM \nCost: $95 pp \n\n  \nIf this class is full please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com to be put on a waitlist. \n\n\nThings to know:\n\n\nPlease inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to registering. Masks are optional for our vaccinated guests (subject to change). Our kitchen will open 5 minutes prior to class (kindly no arrival before that time so we can be ready for you). Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
