DESCRIPTION:Fall is here and it’s time for comfort foods. Learn techniques to create delicious and nutritious scratch-made meals for your family. Through out this series kids will learn their basic knife skills from slicing and dicing to chiffonading. We’ll cover various cooking techniques\, breads\, homemade sauces\, soups and roux and kitchen safety and clean up along the way.
