DESCRIPTION:We’ll cook our way through a mystery basket full of sweet and savory ingredients in this fun-filled  competition.  Each team will compete in three rounds of challenges to put their culinary creativity to the test.  Ready\, set\, cook! \nDate: Monday\, January 21st \nTime: 9:00-11:30 AM \nCost: $56 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThings to know: \nWe do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes\, however we cannot guarantee that ingredients are manufactured in a nut-free facility.  Therefore\, please contact us before registering and we will review labels with you.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot provide a credit\, however you’re welcome to transfer the registration to someone else.

DESCRIPTION:Indian cuisine might have become a takeaway classic\, but this course shows you that balancing the delicate spices and flavors of Indian cookery can be easily achieved at home with fantastic results. \nIn this workshop you’ll create a typical Indian meal\, built up with many component dishes\, each of which has been designed to balance the key spices and aromas from different areas of India.
