SUMMARY:Regional Italian | Adult Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn the art of making fresh pasta and knowing how to achieve that perfect al dente bite.  In this hands-on class\, we’ll create an authentic Bolognese sauce paired with a tagliatelle pasta. We’ll end the evening with a classic Tiramisu for dessert.  Our classes focus on learning professional culinary techniques while making a variety of dishes to enjoy at the kitchen.  Recipes will be available to take home.  BYOB welcome \nDate: Friday\, January 11th \n\nTime: 7:00-9:00 PM \nCost: $65 per person \n\n  \nThings to know: \nMenu items may change slightly based on what’s fresh and available.  Please inform us of any food allergies before registering.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  We will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot issue a credit\, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place.

SUMMARY:Unicorns & Rainbows | Ages 7-12
DESCRIPTION:Somewhere over the rainbow\, unicorns fly.  There’s no need to catch one!  Come and learn how to create your own.  We’ll show you some tips and tricks to make rainbow swirl buttercream\, a magical horn\, ears and beautiful mane.  And no unicorn would be complete with out glitter! \nIn this workshop\, we’ll make golden vanilla cupcakes as we learn essential baking skills.  Each child will decorate and bring home a unicorn and rainbow swirl cupcake and enjoy one at the kitchen. \n  \nDate: Saturday\, January 12th \nTime: 9:30-11:00 AM    \nCost: $40  \n  \n\n\nThings to know: \nWe do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our children’s classes\, however we cannot guarantee that decorations are manufactured in a nut-free facility.  Therefore\, please contact us before registering and we will review labels with you.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit for another class if you give us at least 7 days notice prior to class date.  After that time\, we cannot provide a credit\, however you’re welcome to transfer the registration to someone else.
