SUMMARY:Spooky Donuts | Adult & Child | Ages 4+
DESCRIPTION:No tricks here- just treats!  In this hands-on class\, adult and child work together to mix up donut batter\, baked and dipped in a festive color and sprinkles.  This class is every bit about learning to bake as it is to enjoy and indulge a little!  Each pair will take home half a dozen delicious donuts to enjoy together. Space is limited. \n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDate: Sunday\, October 25th \nTime: 10:00-11:30 AM (class may end slightly early) \n\n\n\nCost: $65 (Includes adult AND Child) \nAdd an additional family member working on the same recipe for $20. Due to limited table space\, an additional family member requires their own “additional sibling” registration (a maximum of 3 people total working on a recipe). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThings to Know: \nIf you have trouble registering or resetting a password\, please contact us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or at 617-794-5191.  \nFOOD ALLERGIES: Please contact us prior to registering if you have a food allergy. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts unless specifically noted in the class description\, however some ingredients may be processed in a facility with peanuts and tree nuts. SUMMARY:Nailed It! Halloween Cakes  | Ages 8-14
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by the hit TV show Nailed It!\, join us for our Halloween edition of friendly competition and frosting!  Each aspiring decorator will be challenged to recreate our Halloween-themed cake masterpiece. Every participant will receive a pre-baked 6-inch single layer vanilla cake\, ready to be transformed. Just like the show\, kids can hit the buzzer for 3 minutes of instructor help. \nKids will receive some cake decorating instruction before we get started.  Everyone takes home their own deliciously decorated cake\, but only one decorator will earn the honor of wearing the Golden Chef Hat! A treat will be served at the end of class. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a hands-on evening of pasta making! You’ll create and plate a delicious fall-inspired meal alongside fellow cooking enthusiasts. After the cooking wraps up\, you’ll enjoy your creations for a seated dinner. No experience needed- just an appetite for fun and learning. Recipes will be emailed after class so you can recreate everything at home. \nHands-on with some instructor demonstration. When possible\, participants will plate their own meal. Class is approximately 2 hours (approx. one hour of hands-on pasta making and cooking). Guests 21+ welcome to bring beer or wine.
