DESCRIPTION:We’re transforming our kitchen into a Trattoria (that’s Italian for an eatery). Each day we’ll sharpen our culinary skills with a different course on the menu starting with antipasti and ending with dolce. On the last day of camp\, each child may invite a guest for lunch. Due to space limitations\, seating is for guests only with students serving their special guest to showcase their creations. Children will take home their creations each day to enjoy. DESCRIPTION:We’ll mix\, whisk\, fold and knead our way through some of our favorite recipes for delicious muffins\, tarts\, cinnamon rolls and more. Learn a variety of skills including measuring by hand\, (liquid versus dry)\, kitchen scales with simple weight measurements and other baking techniques. Children will take their creations home each day. A recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week. Class size limited.
