If your child is unable to attend a class\, we will provide you with a credit to be used for another session (kitchen credits expire within 6 months). You must notify us at least 7 days before the class start date. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to us at info@mixitupkitchen.com or by calling us at 617-794-5191.  Any requests made within the 7 day window can only be honored if we can fill your child’s spot. Each attendee will bring home their own pizza dough (to allow for dough to rise) to enjoy for later. Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability.  We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided.  In the unlikely event that this happens\, you’ll be notified at least 48 hours prior.  If you need to cancel\, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the class (class credit is valid for 6 months). Due to the intimate size of our classes\, we are unable to provide a credit for cancellations within 7 days of the event for any reason.  However\, you are welcome to send someone in your place- just let us know in advance.
