DESCRIPTION:We’re transforming our kitchen into a Trattoria (that’s Italian for an eatery). Each day we’ll sharpen our culinary skills with a different course on the menu starting with antipasti and ending with dolce. We’ll make a variety of Italian creations as we prepare for our restaurant opening on the last day of camp when each child may invite a guest to serve for lunch. Due to space limitations\, seating is for guests only (unless weather permits outdoor seating). Each day children will take home their creations to enjoy. A recipe booklet will be emailed at the end of the week.
